Dairy Shed Water Licence Transition Program
The
amnesty period to licence the water you use in your dairy shed has now
closed.
If you do not have a
licence you
risk penalties under the Water Act, you will now have to pay the full
cost for a
tradeable licence and may also have to buy an allocation. You are not
permitted
to use more water than your licence entitlement.
