Corporate Structure
The Corporation is headed by a Board comprising of nine Directors (including the Managing Director). Under the Water Act 1989 (Vic) the Minister for Water appoints the Directors of GMW and a Chairperson from the Board members. The GMW Board then appoints a Managing Director.

Our Committees
Water Services Committees (WSC) represent GMW customers and provide us with valuable insight. They play a key role in advising GMW and assisting the organisation to prepare plans and strategy, to understand the issues facing our customers and to improve our relationships with customers.
